Order Processing

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

European Union: For orders within the EU, applicable VAT is included in the displayed price. No additional customs fees apply for orders within the EU.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at orders@ringora.us with your order number and we will investigate the matter promptly. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
