Overview

At RINGORA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read the policy below carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@ringora.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged, RINGORA will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@ringora.us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

Once we review your case, we will arrange for the item to be returned and issue a full refund upon receiving the product back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Items returned without original packaging

EU Consumer Rights

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
